Does it need to be refrigerated after opened it has an awful smell now is this normal?

Hello- I've never refrigerated it, and the bag lasts FOREVER.. I just close it tightly with a chip clip. I've also never noticed a bad smell.. Sorry.

Is this low fat food as well as low fiber?

I would say since it contains pumpkin that's a no to low fiber. This is however a quality kibble and my picky chihuahua mix loves it. Promotes good BM's also.
