Unfortunately several pictures are very blurry. I'm not sure if they were put in to depict the 'line of the clothing' or something like that, which might be valid for some, but for me... I expect good quality photographs in a book which is mostly photographs. Having said that the book overall is lovely. I haven't had the chance to read much yet (it arrived today), but I can already tell that while containing wonderful images it was possibly a purchase I will come to regret. I was basing my purchase decision on the sample picture shown on amazon - which show close-ups of the fabric, the embroidery and beading right up close so you can make out the patterns. But most of the photos are actually from a distance. Close enough to admire the patterns effect, but not to see the nitty-gritty of the sequins. The best close-ups in it are the ones used in the look inside view on amazon, so that's a shame. Oh and be warned!! I bought a 2nd hand book, but it came wrapped in plastic like new. Which on the one hand is awesome, but on the other hand... you can't return a book once you've ripped off the plastic. So be sure before you buy!!! But I don't regret the purchase completely - it contains a lot of lovely shots of stunning fashion pieces, and once I get the chance to read it I hope it contains lots of interesting information!! :)
