We love prime, it tastes good and the ready made drinks are hydrating without sodium. The powders have sodium so watch that depending on your desire. The flavor is always a tad strong so I drink a little then add some water.

I ran across prime hydration drinks at a food ministry give away I volunteer for when my health always it. I feel in love right away & usually hydration drinks are high in sodium but being out on a sodium restriction diet(after being healthy my whole life & exercising all the time getting diagnosed with liver failure…sorry quick complaint it’s frustrating being young & having random bad health issues but others have it much worse so I shouldn’t complain) but these taste great but I will admit I am not a fan of the berry freeze…I really like the cherry freeze & LOVE the ice pop flavor but the berry is their only flavor I am just not that fond of but I also am not a big blueberry fan unless it’s in pancakes then I want it almost all blueberries so who knows I’m a weirdo,lol. The Ice pop flavor is probably my favorite closely by the sour kinds(sournoava, future freeze, & dragon fruit fusion/which was the first one I ever had) I wait till they are on sale & get them on either a buy so much & get so much off(it was a pretty much buy one get one free) & I wait till the 12packs are on sale & stock up & at the moment I’m set for probably the next 3-6months😅 But, me I don’t hoard food & drinks at all,lol. I am quite k to give it away so not sure that counts as hoarding. Anyways, long story short(too late,lol) I recommend these & if you also like blueberry you’ll probably like all of them. Btw, I’m thinking about making popsicles sticks out of the ice pop flavor & if I do I’ll update how that taste but I think it would be great for summer & an addition to my other homemade(often 💯 juice so those aren’t really made like some of my other) popsicles. I only took a star away for my personal not love of the berry freeze so don’t take it too seriously unlesss you think you’d feel the same.

Been drinking these for almost a year. On light days, three of these are enough to hydrate me sufficiently. I weigh about 172lbs. It's a good clean product and it'll save you money. The potassium it has helps a lot as well. I got these puppies on subscribe and save, saving me over $150 a month as opposed to buying from a store. Cheers.
