Barley: The Secret Ingredient to a Healthy Diet
I lived in South Korea for three years while on active duty with the U.S. Air Force. While there, I quickly learned of the healthful benefits and relaxing nature of a warm cup of "boricha," barley tea. I am so happy to find the grains at a reasonable price in order that I might continue to enjoy this pleasing drink.

After 6 tea bags it tasted good
I used 14oz mugs. 100mls as it calls for for 1 tea bag is less than 1 cup so if that gives you any indication of how weak 1 tea bag is on its own. Anyways once I used upwards of 6 tea bags for my cup or maybe a little bit more of water the tea tasted quite good. It has a 5-8min steep time. Definitely do not go beyond that. 5min was ok for me. Idk if it's worth the price for how wreak it is on its own tho :(

LOVE THIS TEA!
We love this as an iced tea! No caffeine so we can have in the evening. It’s healthy and digests easily. I make. Pitcher every other day! Will keep ordering.
