As comfortable as my other $400 chair
I'm 5'7" and I've been using this ergonomic office chair for a couple of weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. First off, it was really easy to assemble. The instructions were clear, and I had it set up in about 15 minutes. The reclining feature is a standout for me, which is not availalbe for my other chair that costs $400. I love that it can stay reclined at three different angles, especially when I need to take a quick break from work. This feature really enhances my overall comfort and productivity. This chair doesn't come with a footrest; otherwise, it would make the reclining feature perfect. Another aspect I really appreciate is the headrest. It provides excellent neck support, making leaning back much more comfortable. The headrest is adjustable too, which is a nice touch. Combined with the ergonomic backrest and lumbar support, this chair significantly reduces the pressure on my spine, even during long hours of sitting, which I do a lot due to constant meetings at work. The quality of the materials is also decent. The mesh is breathable and keeps me cool, while the thick cushioned seat is incredibly comfortable for extended sitting. Plus, the modern design fits perfectly with my home office decor. Overall, this chair is a game-changer for anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk. It's well-made, affordable, comfortable, and has all the features you need for a good sitting experience. Highly recommend!

Well Worth it
I work at home and spend about 8 hours daily sitting in front of the computer, so a good home office chair is a must-have. I’ve used the high-end Herman Miller office chairs at an old job, as well as the typical IKEA office chairs. This chair is miles ahead of the IKEA chairs and also more ergonomic and smoother than the Herman Miller ones I used at work previously, and at a fraction of the price. Build Quality: When I picked up the box from the front porch, I knew this chair was not going to be flimsy. It is substantial, with hefty metal components that interface well together. The legs have a great weight to them, and the raise/lower mechanism feels solid. Lastly, the wheels! They are like firm rollerblade wheels, and a HUGE improvement from the typical double plastic caster types found on almost every other chair. Gliding across the hardwood is a pleasure. The bearings and material of the wheels themselves are clearly high quality. Assembly: No Complaints - Everything is labeled in a little blister package, and an allen key is included to add to my jar. Directions are straight forward. I think it took me around ten minutes, although I made an adjustment to the armrests afterwards to they’d be closer together so my elbow can rest on them more comortably. Comfort: The lumbar support and headrest are phenomenal! Also, the material of the chair provides support while still allowing you to breath, its kind of like a tight plastic mesh. I can sit at this for my entire shift and not feel sore afterwards, which is more than I could say for the ones provided by my old company, which probably cost a fortune to boot. Conclusion: 10/10 office chair that is comfortable and well-built. From the wheels to the ergonomics, I am more than satisfying with my new office chair.

Comfort and Support with a Few Minor Hiccups
The Sytas Ergonomic Home Office Chair with Lumbar Support has proven to be a valuable addition to my home office setup. It offers comfort and support for long workdays, making it an excellent choice for anyone working from home. However, while it excels in many aspects, some minor issues are worth noting. First and foremost, the comfort level of this chair is exceptional. I spend long hours working from home, and this chair has been a game-changer in terms of providing a comfortable seating experience. The cushion is both supportive and breathable, which is a crucial feature for those like me who often find themselves sitting for extended periods. The mesh backrest is a fantastic addition; it ensures proper ventilation and keeps me cool throughout the day. One of the standout features of this chair is its ergonomic design, particularly the lumbar support. It provides the necessary lower back support, reducing strain and promoting better posture. This feature has been a significant relief during my work hours, and I appreciate the thought put into the chair's design. However, there are a couple of areas where the chair falls slightly short. The roller legs or feet could have been extended further outward for added stability. Occasionally, when rolling the chair forward, especially when pulling it with the desk, there's a feeling that it might tip forward. While this doesn't happen frequently, it's worth mentioning as it can be a minor inconvenience. Another issue is with the plastic decorative cover on the back of the chair. It fell off twice during use, and unfortunately, it broke the second time it fell. While this is fine. A simple adhesive or more secure attachment for this cover could prevent such occurrences. Despite these minor hiccups, I must emphasize that I still love this chair. In fact, I was so satisfied with it that I ended up purchasing a second one for my wife. The overall comfort and support it provides outweigh these minor issues. It's a well-designed, ergonomic chair that significantly enhances my productivity and comfort while working from home. In summary, the Sytas Ergonomic Home Office Chair is a comfortable and supportive choice for those needing a reliable home office chair. Its breathable cushion, lumbar support, and mesh backrest contribute to a positive ergonomic experience. While there are a couple of minor concerns, they don't diminish the chair's overall quality and functionality. It's a worthwhile investment for anyone seeking a comfortable and supportive chair for long hours of work at home.

Best purchase I made for my desk
As a gamer, when I bought my first chair I thought having a "gaming" chair was the way to go. Inevitably, I was wrong and this chair is what really solidified that thought for me. Assembly: This chair was honestly one of the easier chairs I've set up, despite it being more pieces than others. Assembly took no more than 15 minutes, and was a breeze. If you have an allen ratchet, I'd recommend using that as using the allen keys will make the time a little longer, but still perfectly fine. Quality: This chair feels sturdy. My previous chair, which I paid $180 for, feels flimsy in comparison to this one. The plastics seem thick and durable, and this chair feels like it will last quite a while. Comfort: I've noticed some people say this chair isn't that comfortable, but that's not my experience. Moving to this chair from my previous one had instant results as my back hurts less and I can sit in this one for longer periods of time without any discomfort. It reclines back, so watching movies on my monitors is no problem at all and it's actually pretty relaxing. The back support is fantastic. My only "complaints" that I would have are: If you are sitting back when you recline, the material of the chair will likely pull up your shirt and the fabric is a bit scratchy. The headrest doesn't have too much in terms of movement either. It moves up and down, and can tilt forward or back, but it cannot be moved backwards. For me, I find the headrest to be a little too far forward, but I usually have no issues with it and it's barely an issue. The arm rests are a very stiff material, and after long sessions your elbows can get a bit uncomfortable, but that is easily fixed with some cushions like I have. The difference I feel between this chair and my last is astronomical. I am so happy with this one and I'm hoping it'll last for a decade.

Game changing ergonomic office chair!
I recently picked up this ergonomic office chair, and it’s been a total game-changer for my work setup. Spending long hours at my desk, comfort and support are non-negotiable, and this chair delivers on both fronts. The high back design with its "S" shaped backrest has made a world of difference. The lumbar support is spot-on, relieving the pressure on my lower back—a big relief for me. What caught my attention first was the mesh material. It keeps me cool even during marathon workdays, which is a huge upgrade from my old chair that would leave me sweating. Plus, it’s a breeze to clean. Adjusting the chair is a cinch. There’s one lever that handles seat height and reclining angle adjustments, offering multiple recline options. The armrests adjust up and down easily, and the headrest moves up, down, and rotates—perfect for finding that sweet spot whether I’m typing away, reading, or taking a breather. The seat cushion is plush and supportive. It’s a game-changer for my hips and thighs, keeping me comfortable through long stretches of work without any soreness. Plus, the chair’s sleek modern design fits right into my home office setup. Overall, this ergonomic chair has seriously leveled up my work-from-home game. It’s comfortable, customizable, and built to last. I’d recommend it in a heartbeat to anyone looking to upgrade their office comfort and productivity—it’s been worth every penny for me.

Chair is fine, lumbar support is awful
I like the chair style and everything seemed fine at the beginning, however after just a week of use I notice that lumbar support is awful, design is terrible after spending most of my time sit on this chair. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, lumbar pain is worst than with a cheaper chair, I wish I had the chance to request a refund but since I'm in another country shipping is more expensive than I can get for the refund, besides disassembling the chair is not an easy task as it requires a pipe wrench to remove the cylinder. Good Points: - Reclining Function is fine - Armrests are fine, an they can be set in height. - Head support is not very comfortable but it does the job - Mesh is fine it keeps me cool in hot days Awful Points and the reason for this bad review: - Armrests are made of some plastic, not soft enough and elbows hurt after some time - Armrests are useless when reclining as they stay at the same place when reclining - Distance between armrests is too large, about 20" , not too comfortable to keep arms so separated - Seat is really hard, and it starts to hurt my butt after just some time - Not ergonomic at all, I feel that my posture has worsened in just a week of use THE WORST THING OF THIS CHAIR AND WHY YOU SHOULD AVOID IT - The lumbar support, is garbage, why put a fixed lumbar support with such a terrible desing, it hurts the back a lot and it force you to be in a not correct position at all, not removable not adjustable. Since I cannot return this piece of garbage I will cut the mesh of the lumbar and replace it with a pillow or something, it's really hard and it pushes you away from the back of the chair. On top of that the reclining function works fine but thanks to this horrible design of this fixed lumbar support reclining is so unncomfortable because the lumbar support pushes your back worse when you recline the chair.

Great Chair with Comfortable Features, but Height Adjustment Could Be Better
I recently purchased this desk chair and overall, I'm quite pleased with its performance. Assembly was a breeze; it took me less than 20 minutes to put it together by myself. The chair boasts several excellent features, including effective lumbar support and a recline function that can be locked into three positions, which is very convenient. The seat itself is comfortable and doesn't get uncomfortably warm after long periods of use, which is a big plus. One standout feature is the tilting headrest, which adds an extra layer of comfort during longer work sessions. However, my only gripe with this chair is its height adjustment. Even at its lowest setting, I find that the chair could go a bit lower. If you prefer a lower seating position or have shorter legs, you might find that your feet don't quite reach the ground comfortably, which could be a drawback for some users. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend this chair for its comfort, ease of assembly, and overall functionality. It's a solid choice for anyone looking for a reliable desk chair with great ergonomic features.

Great chair to have for long hours at desk.
I recently bought this ergonomic office chair, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. As someone who spends long hours at the desk, having a comfortable and supportive chair is crucial. This chair's high back design and "S" shaped backrest have been a game-changer for me. The lumbar support is fantastic and really helps to relieve the pressure on my lower back, which used to be a big problem for me. One of the first things I noticed was the mesh material. It keeps me cool, even during the longest workdays, which is a huge plus since my old chair would get so hot and uncomfortable. The mesh is also super easy to clean, which makes maintaining the chair a breeze. Adjusting the chair to fit my needs is incredibly simple. There's one lever that lets me change the seat height and reclining angle, with options to recline at different angles. The armrests adjust up and down by several inches, and the headrest can move up and down and rotate. I love this feature because I can always find the perfect position, whether I'm working, reading, or just relaxing. The seat cushion is thick and incredibly comfortable, which makes a big difference during long working sessions. My hips and thighs don't feel sore anymore, and I can sit for hours without any discomfort. The chair's modern design also fits perfectly in my home office, adding a touch of elegance to the space. Overall, this ergonomic office chair has significantly improved my work-from-home experience. It's comfortable, adjustable, and built to last. I highly recommend it to anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk. It's truly been a worthwhile investment for my health and productivity.
