Arrived broken even though it was well packaged

Given it only 3 stars as arrived with part of the tree broken at the bottom very expensive item to arrive broken was a present for my birthday so was very disappointed have kept it as it was the only one left now I know why hopefully I can fix it with some glue it is a lovely statue for my garden a reduction on the price would be welcome .
