The sauce is hotter than most sauces you can find on the market. It is very usable as a hot sauce, although there are sauces available that tend to either have a bit more flavour (but are not as hot) or be a bit hotter (but have a bit less flavour). This sauce serves a middle ground between having a usable condiment and something that is just incredibly spicy

A la découverte de préparations pimentées, j'ai commandé plusieurs sauces différentes à différents niveaux de force de piment, et cette bouteille était la plus pimentée du lot sur le papier. Après un test gustatif, effectivement ça arrache plus qu'une autre préparation à base de 20-25% de Carolina Peper, ici c'est 35% ! Je ne pense pas pouvoir manger plus pimenté que cela, c'est très fort et ça chauffe dur, mais comme c'est ce que je cherchais je suis très satisfait de cette sauce. Si vous cherchez une préparation pimentée très forte pour avoir des sensations, avec un goût correct, je vous conseille cette sauce ! Je trouve par contre exagéré les précautions du type de ne pas s'en mettre sur les doigts ou les lèvres, ça ne fais rien de particulier pour moi à ce niveau là. Enfin, le niveau de piment étant fort, il n'y a pas besoin d'arroser son plat, il faut en mettre moins, ce qui est plus économique. Bonne dégustation :-)

Mis amigos alucinan con lo que aguanto de picante. La salsa Tabasco se me queda muy pequeña y además tiene un sabor avinagrado que no me gusta en muchas comidas. Esta salsa la compré evidentemente buscando algo más allá que el Tabasco y sus correspondientes imitaciones de supermercado, y ha cumplido mis expectativas. Es mucho más picante: a palo seco untándola en pan y en contacto con la lengua ves sonidos y oyes colores, pero es un picante soportable si se mezcla en una comida abundante, como un cocido, o unas gulas al ajillo, adaptando la medida al paladar de los comensales. Además me resulta muy sabrosa, tiene unos toques dulces y afrutados que contrastan con el escozor que genera, lo que le da un rollo especial que va más allá de "una salsa que pica mucho" La recomiendo.
