Does it have a screen?

No, there isn't a screen, you have to use the viewfinder at the top.

Can anyone confirm 100% what paper is compatible please? All the paper listed is out of stock everywhere and Amazon suggest Pogo paper???

I bought the Pogo paper and it works really well, but each paper packet comes with a blue 'bar-code' sheet of paper, and you do need to use the blue bar-code paper from the premium pack in order for the cheaper paper to work. I suggest getting the smallest/least expensive pack of premium paper you can, and then buying Pogo paper every time after that. There's a slight quality difference, but its not particularly noticeable.

Does the camera both print out the picture and save to the SD card simultaneously, or is it an either/or situation?

Yes it will do both at the same time as long as you have an SD card installed and printing paper :)

Does it require batteries?

HI Siris this is a rechargeable lithium battery . It comes with the wire that you need :)
