Improved Pain Management
I actually got this to stabilize my arm after a ligament was snapped from a fall. It really seemed to help the pain once I stabilized the arm.

Great support but Velcro straps uncomfortable.
The fit and compression are satisfactory but the straps are rough against the skin. I wear the straps under my clothing so the straps are touching my skin. I have to wrap the straps in gauze in order to wear the brace comfortably. A big inconvenience when I have to shower.

Confusing and no instructions
Confusing and no instructions the nurse and CNAs didn't know what to do with it so it wasn't used properly

Stable and Supportive Recovery Aid for Upper Arm Surgery
I purchased this brace for my SO, who recently had surgery on his shoulder and upper arm. Although he hasn't started using it yet (still in the early stages of recovery), this brace looks like it will be ideal for later in the healing process. The product description highlights its stabilizing force to limit movement at the injury site, which is exactly what he'll need. The shell is solid, the design is lightweight and breathable, and it appears durable and well-constructed. Very impressed so far.

Works great, but..
It works great to support the arm for a fracture, but the rivet placement makes it rub in the armpit. It is kind of uncomfortable if you try to move a lot while wearing it.

Helps with the pain
Great for shoulder pain. Is very helpful that it fits over the clothes making it easy to put on. Strong material.

Was Able to Help With Shoulder Pain
This shoulder brace includes detailed instructions to guide you through the setup process. Along with the brace, you'll receive a tube bandage designed to go over the brace and add pressure for enhanced comfort and stability. The initial application might be challenging, but once you understand how to put it on, using it becomes straightforward and hassle-free. The brace is crafted from durable materials, ensuring it can withstand regular use while providing excellent support. Its hard shell construction offers robust protection, effectively immobilizing the shoulder to promote healing. This design keeps your shoulder securely in place, allowing for peace of mind during recovery. Overall, this well-engineered brace combines functionality with ease of use, making it an excellent choice for those needing shoulder support.

Muy bien pero es algo difícil de poner por uno mismo ya que esta uno limitado a usar solo una mano

I bought this humeral fracture splint brace for my brother after he had a motorcycle accident and needed extra support for his upper arm. It has been a really helpful part of keeping things more stable and comfortable during recovery. The brace is lightweight and breathable, which makes a big difference when something has to be worn for longer periods. It does not feel overly bulky, and that helps make it more manageable day to day. One of the best features is how adjustable it is. That made it much easier to fit it to the exact size needed and get the right amount of compression all around the upper arm instead of just hoping for a close fit. Being able to fine tune the support helps it feel more secure and more effective. I also like that it comes with an undersleeve. That is a thoughtful addition because it helps keep everything cleaner and makes the brace more comfortable against the skin. Small details like that really matter when someone is already dealing with an injury and needs something that is practical as well as supportive. Overall, this brace has been a solid support option during a difficult situation. It feels well designed for comfort, fit, and stability, and it has helped make my brother’s recovery process a little easier to manage.

While my use case doesn't fit the exact ailments listed here, I still found this brace to be quite useful in treating my son's tendonitis in his shoulder. He sustained this injury during a climbing session and this handy garment helped reduce the initial swelling rather well. This kit includes a compression sleeve to immediately help reduce such swelling, and the brace itself does a great job at reducing unnecessary rotator cuff movement... But while the device is generally easy to setup, it is still somewhat difficult to fanagle it into place on your own. For this reason I would recommend having another person assist with the process -- especially if you want the underside plates in the appropriate position, as well as the straps being sufficiently tightened. The construction of the brace itself feels pretty well made, and the inner padding is surprisingly soft & cushioned against the skin. The same cannot be said for the underside plates unfortunately, which are simply thin plastic rectangles without any padding whatsoever. The velcro straps could also stand to be a little thicker, as you'll likely want to reuse the brace to treat any future injuries. The main sticking point for me, however, is the asking price. While I understand that this is a very niche product for a very specific type of injury, the individual components themselves do not seem to be particularly revolutionary and are really quite basic. With that said, the product does function as advertised and proved to be very effective in helping to remedy our son's injury -- and to be fair, you can't put a price tag on that.

After a bike accident, I was dealing with a lot of pain and instability in my upper arm, and I needed something that would keep everything feeling supported while I recovered. This Komzer Sarmiento-style humeral brace has been a huge help for day-to-day comfort and stability. What I liked: Supportive without being bulky: Compared to a heavy cast, this felt much easier to live with. It gives a firm, secure “hug” around the upper arm while still letting me move my hand/forearm. Breathable design: The vent holes and overall lightweight shell made a big difference for long wear. Less heat buildup and less of that sweaty, trapped feeling. Comfort sleeve included: The soft sleeve/liner helps prevent rubbing and irritation, especially around the edges. I could wear it for longer periods without my skin getting angry. Adjustable fit: This is key. As swelling changed, the straps made it easy to re-adjust for a snug fit without feeling too tight. My physio helped me dial it in at first, and after that it was straightforward. X-Large fit: The XL size fit my arm comfortably and didn’t feel restrictive once adjusted properly. Things to know: It can be tricky to put on one-handed at first, especially if you’re sore. Having someone help for the first fitting makes it much easier. Spend a few minutes getting the strap tension right—snug and supportive, but not cutting off circulation. Overall, the brace feels like a well-designed orthopedic support: solid materials, breathable, and adjustable. It made daily life during recovery more manageable and is something I’d recommend to anyone who’s been told they need a humeral brace—just make sure you measure carefully and follow the sizing guide.

4 Stars for being as advertised. Very rigid so may be uncomfortable for some. -Material is similar to sports equipment, hard plastic on the outside and some padding lining the inside. It is effective and well designed. -The hook and loop straps are difficult to work with, they are stiff and can be hard to control while loose. But once the brace is secure, the straps become easier to work with. -The pull is tight which is the whole point of the brace, I found it worked well, once set, keeping your shoulder stable. Overall this brace is as advertised but can be hard to work with and set up. The straps are rough and uncomfortable to wear over an extended period.

This set provided additional accessories that I didn't get with previous braces, and it made using the brace a lot easier and hassle free. The brace came with a under sleeve to put on the arn before the brace itself. I found the sleeve helped cushion my skin from the brace shell, align the she easier in the tight position and also makes it easier to pull thr sleeve off after some use and just wash them, keeping the brace clean. Besides the sleeves I also find the strap included useful as it helped me tighten the shell around my left arm as support and to keep the position locked in and prevent moving. As for the shell itself, it feels lighter than I expected, however I can definitely say that it does feel solid and gives me good confidence. I've knocked it against a wall as a test and it's shape it quite strong as it didn't feel weakend at all. All in all, the fact that it feels light but still provides high level of protection and had a hard shell, is a good thing as it makes it easy to wear while getting good protection
