Poor installation service and missing parts
Even a good ac cannot overcome a bad service. Copper wires missing from the pack. Installation was pathetic and done untidy way. They were in hurry which reflects at improper installation. Guys installation charges are high, beware

Ac is not good
AC is very less cooling in fast mode.few options are available and its not that good compared to my old LG AC . There is no leftand right split available. Which is worest. The Remote is not at all good.there is LED display to operate without room light.ways we have to .

The AC is good, however Samsung charged us about 5000 more for installation
The AC is good, however Samsung charged us about 5000 more than how much we actually paid, which is about 3500 just for installation and pipe fixing. We have purchased many ACs in the past but we've never had to spend so much just for installation. On asking the spoc, they said these are basic charges but this was not mentioned anywhere. Disappointed that despite buying a good ac at a reasonable cost, we were asked to pay an additional amount which doesn't seem completely justified.

Copper pipe not provided, indoor units plug in wire is missing.
Should have mentioned in the content that copper pipe is not provided. Technician have robbed me for the pipe . Very poor experience!! Feel like cheated !!!

The technician didn't know how to install the Ac and drilled a hole through the main water pipe of the building..very pathetic
