Do these come with a wire so you can use them on flights?

Comes with a 3.5 to 2.5 audio cable. You need to know what the connection type is on the airline that you are traveling. For my Jetblue flights, I have used these with the included audio cable connection and ANC on. What does your airline use in their in-flight entertainment? If it is 3.5 then you are good or will require an additional adapter.

How many devices can connect at the same time?

While it remembers multiple devices, when more than one is connected then the Bluetooth get bad interference and continually cuts out. I had to disconnect my iPad every time I used my iPhone. Even worse, every time I closed and reopened the Bose app on iPhone it would automatically reconnect to my iPad without prompting unless I turned Bluetooth off on iPad. Unacceptable! I sent them back.

Are these EMF radiation free?

If it's wireless, it has EMF radiation. If it's Wi-Fi, it has EMF radiation. If it's Bluetooth, it has EMF radiation. No exceptions, regardless the product. So to directly answer your question, NO, these are not EMF radiation free.

Does it have a mute button?

Whilst on a phone call, you can mute the microphone through a double-press of the Action button.
