5 stars is less for this product. I am big fan of this roasted cumin powderor in my words zeera powder. It changes the taste of food into different level. I basically love this brand because I amazed of it's product quality. Buying for second time and will continue buying it

I've always liked cuisines that use cumin: Middle Eastern, Mexican, Indian. But it seemed to me that the cumin flavor was too strong and "raw". Roasted solves that problem. Amazon used to sell McCormick's in a larger size that was less expensive but has discontinued that product. This one tastes the same but it is more expensive. Still, it's worth it.

This is the Trini brand and the best brand of geera! The bag itself is big and holds a lot of seasoning. I've used this multiple times in my cooking and it gives any kind of Caribbean food or Indian food the best flavor and some kick. I just used some in my aloo pies!

Smell taste and value perfect

Tastes more burnt than roasted. The cumin flavor is gone. I enjoy roasted cumin and ordered this when my regular brand was unavailable. The taste is bad and it’s not returnable so I discarded it and am warning others.

Chief curry powder and geera are unique flavour and if you use any Caribbean recipe without them you will not be getting the right taste

Really nice flavour.. Flavoursome is the key word here..This is a great product! Really nice in Dhal in particular, but also lovely to just spice up some mixed rice with chicken or beef etc.Adds that extraYUM!

This is far superior to the cumin you normally use. The flavour is darker, deeper and a small amount goes a long way.
