is this compatible with mini pro tl866cs programmer?

This adapter fit universal EEPROM programmer with ZIF Socket. A DIP adapter board is included.

Can you modify to work with a Smelecom Dsp3 or will I have to solder ribbon wire?

This connector is 2x4 position. I can modify to work with Smelecom DSP3 using (2x5 connector) with color ribbon cable. Please make sure to add me a note or send me message for Smelecom use. Because I do not want send you wrong item. Thank you!
