Are the instructions easy to follow if i have no training in oral placement therapy?

To be honest, I had training before I got mine so did not look at the directions. Sorry.

Yes!! I’ve cleaned mine several times in the dishwasher.

Both sets are red or can I get 1 red 1 purple?

Hi Julian, thanks for the great question! They come in sets of two, and they used in slightly different ways. So, you would either need to choose between the red and purple sets or buy both sets. Please let me know if you have any questions!
