It arrived with a deep fold across the middle of the bag. It should be stuffed and sent in a larger box so it would not have that fold in the middle. However, it eventually goes away. However, the inside lining can easily rip so be careful what you put in this very large tote bag. Also, the black rubber strip inside the handle started to dismantle almost immediately. You will notice little strips of black rubber hanging off the handle. You can't glue it back inside the handle, you have to pull it off. I know its hard to picture what I mean, but if you get the bag along the handle trim there's a piece of rubber finishing around the handle/strap. It will come out in pieces! I've had the bag for about 2 months now. It will not make another 2 months....
