BTR High Visibility Universal Size Bike/Bicycle Waterproof Helmet Cover with Reflective Stripes - One Size Fits All

I purchase these to use as identification for ride marshals in a charity bicycle event. They worked very well and with the bright color they were easily identifiable. We also noted that they fit well and will be great in the rain and other wet conditions. With those conditions the rider will be highly visible to drivers. Very much worth the money.

this is a cheap-and-cheerful 'just in case' helmet cover that folds up small to stash in your bag. It's got a drawstring, which is nice for quick installation. I'm a daily rider and if i'm leaving the house in the rain, I will use the much heavier Sugoi Zap cover (link at the bottom). This is permanently installed on an old helmet so I don't have to fuss with it on rainy mornings. It's also legitimately waterproof and more breathable with awesome reflectors...but who wants to spend $25 on the extra cover for the saddlebags which almost never gets used (I actually have three, so I can dry one set, have one set to wear if it's raining, and one set already packed up in a saddlebag if it's forecast to rain) If you're an occasional rider, this will probably be fine for the occasional rain. If you're a daily rider, spring for something better, but I would still want a back-up. Sugoi Zap 2.0 Helmet Cover, Black, Large

This cover looks great and is fully functional. It fit just right on my Giro helment, it has a nice draw string with lock to snug it up so it won't flap, it's completely water proof, and the reflective stripes are very effective. I've ridden with it in the rain several times now and it did the job well and as a bonus kept my head warmer. I recommend it without hesitation--very good value at the price too.

A bit disappointed with this purchase and kind of afraid to use it. This product slips over your helmet and has a draw string to tighten it around your helmet's rim. So far it doesn't seem very snug or that it would stay in place in a downpour or strong wind. I love the color and the reflecting designs on it, but I'm almost afraid to use it. I will update my review once I use it in the rain. My design suggestion would be to use something more elastic in the draw string so that you could cinch it up better and it would grip.

I couldn't figure out why people would spend over 30 bucks on a glorified shower cap, and was pleased to find the BTR helmet covers. It took me a few seconds to figure it out, but this cover fit snugly over my regular-sized helmet (size XL). The product was shipped very soon after I ordered, and arrived quickly. My only regret is that I didn't notice the "two-fer" deal until I'd clicked "Buy"...I'd like to have gotten the orange helmet cover as well! I definitely recommend this product, which does what it should for an appropriate price.

Great price and works on my helmet. However, it may fit larger helmets. It is kinda tight on my large Grio road. Would be a challenge fitting it to a helmet with a visor, mountain bike helmet or a full face helmet. Works well for me.

I'm very happy with this purchase. The reflectiveness of this cap is great. I purchased it as a wind-breaker. I don't know if will fit my helmet with the visor on; I'll try at some point. Buying another cap for my husband.

Cheaply made: stitching seems like it won't last long. Has a draw string to pull tight around helmet. I'd have preferred elastic as the draw string dangles and is fiddly to have to tuck it away. On the plus side, it is bright and visible.

I have two of these helmet covers – one sent in exchange for a fair, honest and unbiased review and a second which I purchased for my second bike because they are so good and I want to ensure I never head out on my bike without one. They are especially lightweight, fold up small to fit into small pocket and can be quickly fitted to any child or adult-sized helmet, including a helmet with a visor. They are fully adjustable due to the drawstring fitting so simply fit over the helmet and the drawstring tightens to fit. Being both wind and water-resistant, they provide an additional layer of protection in poor weather. Ventilated helmets are great in warm, sunny weather but when cycling in cold winds then the head can become chilly but these provide a breathable, wind-resistant outer layer so head remains warm. Unlike a plastic cover it is breathable so the head doesn’t sweat, even on an all-day ride or in warmer weather. In wet weather, they are absolutely essential in anything more than a few light showers. I find the ventilation holes in my helmets can channel rainwater through and leave me with a cold and wet head which is no fun with thick hair which then remains cold and wet all day. Adding one of these helmet covers as an outer shell ensures the rider’s head remains dry even in the heaviest downpour – and here on the Welsh border we have many of these. In addition to providing protection in wet and windy weather, they are also highly visible. I find the bright red colour stands out in almost any surroundings and I like the yellow because it matches much of my other high-vis gear. Each also has reflective stripes to the side and a reflective logo to the front but, unexpectedly, no reflective stripes to the rear which is where I would most expect to find them. Very highly recommended for increased visibility and for protection from wind and rain. A definite 5-star product and I would happily buy more (and probably will).
