Revealed pre purchase
Brought it on review for my son and new family. On setting it up the packaging had been revealed. Once opened the handle had been bent. All in all paid the full amount on a product that had been sent back

Pleased with purchase but need anchoring to a strong base
Good product. No cover supplied to protect from elements. It is sturdy but would recommend bolting to floor or slab as it does wobble a little in windy conditions! There are bolt holes in the framework on the base. Overall good and pleased with my purchase!

When you get a cover for it make sure you get the right size and shape for it .
I liked it very much easy to assemble and looks great in the garden .

rope has snapped
I have attempted to put up the parasol today for the first time this year and the rope has snapped inside. It was in full working order when I put it away the end of last summer and has been stored in a sheltered spot and I purchased a cover for it. Cant get in touch with the seller as email not recognised!!!!!! Very disappointed
