The picture looks like a dark blue denim. Are these black canvas/twill?

They are a dark grey, charcoal black color. Thanks for your interest

My daughter is 8 years old and she is 1.5 size. what size do i need to look at? is she ,,little kid"", ,,youth,, or any other ?

I believe it's little kid. Should be a size chart

should i buy 7 1/2 or 8? my son wears both sizes.

I would suggest having him go to store to try on both sizes in the same style shoe. They are true to size. My son wears an 8.5 mens, and the style I bought him for Christmas was only available in 9. So I went with the bigger one and he said its about 1/2 inch bigger. If not, you can usually return.

why i got the wrong size shoe

Verify with the size chart wider purchases make sure it’s in US and not UK or refer to each based on your size
