a staple in our household. we use it on our stomachs and feet to help get a more restful sleep and on all aches and pains. it tingles/itches a little but is not unbearable and ive read that is a sign youre probably deficient in magnesium. I ordered a bottle for my grandma as well.

Finally!! A product that dulls the pins and needles from neuropathy without a whole bunch of additives. Other magnesium products I’ve used in the past containing menthol or camphor burned the skin off my feet. This oil is pure and I can feel it working within a few minutes. It’s enough to get me to sleep at night without jolting my feet from the pain. I wait until it dries and then put on soft cotton socks both morning night. I’ve spent so much money on magnesium products, it’s such a relief to find one that that I actually works. It proves the saying, the simplest solution, or in this case, the simplest formula, is usually the best. UPDATE: After six weeks of use, twice a day, I can feel tickling in my feet. This is the first time in over a decade I’ve had [pleasant] sensation in my feet!!! One ask: can you consider making a formula that will work in roller ball? The spray drips off my feet and if I try and rub it in, it makes my hands extremely dry.

I'm not sure why I chose the lotion over the oil. This is my first time using topical magnesium for sleep. It works well and it's easy to use. Definitely do not forget to wash your hands after application. I made the mistake and touched my eye. It didn't cause any problems but it didn't feel good. Also, it leaves a strange feeling on your skin. It's not the tingly feeling some people get when they first use topical magnesium. It's a strange oily and sticky feeling that's gone by the time I wake up the next morning. I don't know if the lotion leaves the same feeling on the skin. But with the oil when using it for sleep I'd apply it to my feet and then wear socks to bed.

I thought it had an oil in it that was not listed but it does not! Feels oily when putting on but it is not greasy and absorbs really fast. My skin feels tingly for a bit. So far I have only used it once, and I'm very impressed. My doctor recently recommended topical magnesium since taking magnesium vitamins upset my stomach. I have done pt and taken muscle relaxers for years for muscle spasms. Despite this, every now and then (especially on busy days) I get muscle spasms in my neck and shoulder area. I can usually feel it coming on. Every now and then the pain becomes debilitating, as in, I can't lift my one year old and have to ask my husband to do a lot more things to help me out. The first time I used this was one such evening. I felt the spasms coming on and I rubbed this topical solution on my neck area where I felt the spasms starting, and it was like there was instant relief. I was very glad but fully expected them to come back and hour later and needing to reapply the solution. To my surprise, I was fine and didn't have spasms in my neck for the next few days. So I felt like this actually helped. It didn't just numb the pain or anything like that, but seems to have actually helped the muscle area to become more relaxed. It still should always be used along with stretching and whatever exercises are recommended by pt (physical therapy). I am very glad to have discovered this!

Research in Magnesium lead me to this product as I have restless leg pain at night, that wake me up. I put it on my feet only at night, prior to sleep. I had defective pumps of the loction which lead me to this. It works for that and I belive it may be eliminating my migraine headaches. I've not had a migraine since using this product for 2 months! The only complaint I have is it is making the skin on the bottom of my feet peel! I'm going to try to use it every other night and try different lotions along with it as well.

I use this magnesium spray to apply to my feet at night to prevent cramps. It works as expected, and the spray makes it easy to apply.

Da ich das Magnesium Öl lang genug ausprobiert kann ! Kann ich nur sagen Top Qualität ! Sehr empfehlenswert. ist ölig beim ein schmieren. Fängt ein bißchen zu brennen an nach 1 Stunde aber da kann man oder soll man es eh runtergwaschen Dadurch merkt man das es sehr konzentriert ist. Kaufe ich jederzeit wieder. Lg. Lieschen

This has totally changed my life...I suffer with sciatica & other nerve pain. I struggled to walk at a general average speed. Just two days of applying this to the areas of my body which was in pain, I could walk at an average speed & even run for the bus (short distance). My mood has lifted & I'm feeling a bit more comfortable within my body & able to sleep better for longer as no pain to keep me awake or wake me up. I have discovered that you can make your own batch up at home, which I have now started to do which is just as effective, but alot cheaper. It's amazing how a bit of magnesium cam have such a life changing effect.
