BetterBody Foods Organic Antioxidant Fruit and Fiber Superfood Blend, 12.7 Ounce, Powder

I really really dislike the taste of most vegetables. That might be why I really dislike the taste of this supplement. I absolutely couldn't stand it. So I bought some gelatin capsules and filled them with this so I could take them as pills instead. When I ingest an appropriate amount of this powder (it works out to 7-10 pills), I do feel healthier. I believe that they have good nutrients in this supplement. But I really disliked the taste.

I’ve been using this blend for a few months now and I can already tell that it’s become a staple in my daily routine. I mostly mix it into my smoothies, and it blends in really well without overpowering the flavor. I love that it’s full of antioxidants and fiber, and I feel like it adds an extra layer of nutrition to my mornings. I can even sneak it into my kids’ shakes without them noticing, which is a huge win. I tend to feel more energized and full after drinking my smoothies now, which wasn’t the case before. What I like most is how versatile it is. If I don’t have time to make a smoothie, I just stir it into some juice or even water and it still tastes great. I’m someone who doesn’t always get enough fiber, and this has helped with that as well. I’ve noticed a difference in digestion, and I feel more regular since I started adding this into my routine. Overall, this product is a convenient and easy way to boost my nutrition. I’ve tried other superfood powders before, but this one has a really good taste and doesn’t leave me feeling bloated. Plus, it’s organic, which is important to me. I’ll definitely continue using it.

Tastes great! I add it with fruits and juice in blender and boom, a delicious health drink! My kids and my husband love it immensely. It’s yummy indeed!! <3

The taste is awful. Ive tried everything to mask in a smoothie. Cacao, honey, several differe protien powders and sweetners. In the end, just adding cold coffee, creamer and protien powder in a blender does the trick. Has to be in the blender to try and help out some of the grain texture. Ive tried to find something because of the bad taste but you cant beat this.for the value. 6g protien, omega fats, fiber and vitamins and for 22 servings.

I’ve been adding this to my morning smoothies and sometimes mixing it into yogurt, and it’s been really easy to use. It blends pretty smoothly and has a mild taste, so it doesn’t overpower my drinks. I mainly wanted something to help increase my fiber intake, and this has been a convenient option. I’ve also noticed it helps keep me feeling fuller between meals. One thing to note is the texture can be slightly grainy depending on how you mix it, but it’s not a big issue in smoothies. Overall, a simple and effective way to add extra nutrients to your daily routine without much effort.

I’m give it 3 because the taste is awful. I have not seen where it’s work for me. I don’t know if I will get it again.

Very familiar with the Better body foods brand, and with that said, these are the most cost-effective protein powders to date. Even in retail stores they would tend to sell for more. Product is excellent quality just like the plant protein I bought previously. And a little word of warning, when you open the packaging, Do not pour right away, the silica gel packet needs to be removed and it is not to be ingested. The packet is used to prevent spoilage and to protect the quality and potency of the powder. Take it out and toss it away immediately.

We all know that we don't get enough fruit, fiber or antioxidants in our diet so this is a no brainer! You can mix this in drinks, food, add it to your baking or even just add it to water and BOOM you got your daily dietary requirements...I love that idea. It tastes pretty good so it is definitely a regular thing for me now! What a great product and you get a substantial amount at a good price so I highly recommend this to everyone reading this!
